Premium is positioned for eligible Haxter devices that require advanced support, better repair handling and stronger security response than entry-level protection.
HaxterSociety Premium is a Customer Protection Membership for eligible Haxter devices that require priority support, advanced security response, data restoration, system reset, optimization and one annual technical service event under documented coverage limits.
Premium is intended for Haxter devices whose value and usage justify stronger support than Plus, but do not require Unlimited lifecycle coverage. Premium is not a public “repair everything forever” plan; it is a defined annual protection membership.
Premium is positioned for eligible Haxter devices that require advanced support, better repair handling and stronger security response than entry-level protection.
The membership may include one annual technical service event. That event can include diagnosis, repair handling, logistics or on-site support where applicable.
Premium can include stronger repair limits and preferential additional authorization, but it does not cover every internal piece without limit. That is the role of Unlimited.
Premium services apply according to the registered device, active membership, country, service zone, diagnosis and current HaxterSociety terms.
Priority access to authorized Haxter support for inquiries, troubleshooting, configuration, diagnosis and technical guidance for the registered device.
Response for spyware, adware, pornware, viruses and other malicious software affecting the system, stability, privacy or normal operation of the device.
Recovery assistance for user data according to the applicable membership limit. For supported Premium devices, restoration may apply up to 240 GB.
Reinstallation and configuration of the system to restore stable operation, when technically applicable and authorized within the service event.
Review and configuration to improve stability, resource efficiency and perceived system performance after diagnosis or reset.
Continuous improvement of security and functionality may be provided while the Premium membership remains active and the device is eligible.
Eligible Premium members may receive early access to selected Haxter software, tools or experimental member benefits.
Haxter may provide occasional member benefits, surprise gifts, discounts or loyalty rewards when commercially available.
Premium may include one annual technical service event for the registered device. The event is the formal unit used to organize diagnosis, logistics, repair handling and completion of the covered service.
Premium is a stronger protection membership, not an unlimited warranty, not a universal insurance policy and not automatic full-device replacement.
Premium sits between essential device protection and the highest public protection level for high-value individual devices.
HaxterSociety Unlimited is the highest public membership for individual users. It is designed for high-value Haxter devices requiring broader internal-piece coverage, more service events and long-term technology continuity benefits.
