Premium care for eligible Haxter devices.

HaxterSociety Premium is a Customer Protection Membership for eligible Haxter devices that require priority support, advanced security response, data restoration, system reset, optimization and one annual technical service event under documented coverage limits.

What Premium is for

Premium is intended for Haxter devices whose value and usage justify stronger support than Plus, but do not require Unlimited lifecycle coverage. Premium is not a public “repair everything forever” plan; it is a defined annual protection membership.

The membership may include one annual technical service event. That event can include diagnosis, repair handling, logistics or on-site support where applicable.

Premium can include stronger repair limits and preferential additional authorization, but it does not cover every internal piece without limit. That is the role of Unlimited.

Premium online technical support

Priority access to authorized Haxter support for inquiries, troubleshooting, configuration, diagnosis and technical guidance for the registered device.

Security

Advanced malware protection

Response for spyware, adware, pornware, viruses and other malicious software affecting the system, stability, privacy or normal operation of the device.

Data

Data restoration assistance

Recovery assistance for user data according to the applicable membership limit. For supported Premium devices, restoration may apply up to 240 GB.

System

Full system reset

Reinstallation and configuration of the system to restore stable operation, when technically applicable and authorized within the service event.

Performance

System optimization and acceleration

Review and configuration to improve stability, resource efficiency and perceived system performance after diagnosis or reset.

Updates

System updates while active

Continuous improvement of security and functionality may be provided while the Premium membership remains active and the device is eligible.

Beta

Free beta software access

Eligible Premium members may receive early access to selected Haxter software, tools or experimental member benefits.

Exclusive Premium gifts

Haxter may provide occasional member benefits, surprise gifts, discounts or loyalty rewards when commercially available.

Annual technical service event

Premium may include one annual technical service event for the registered device. The event is the formal unit used to organize diagnosis, logistics, repair handling and completion of the covered service.

Haxter may begin with online diagnosis, remote review, video assistance or technical triage before deciding whether escalation is required.
Shipping and return
Device shipment and return may be covered where the plan, device, country and territory allow it. International logistics may have different conditions.
On-site support
On-site support may be available only in active coverage zones, subject to agenda, personnel, membership eligibility and technical feasibility.
Component coverage
Premium can include covered hardware repair during the event, subject to annual limits, diagnosis, device model and current terms.
Exceeds Premium?

Additional repair scope can be authorized at preferential cost.

If diagnosis shows damage beyond Premium limits — such as additional damaged components, major repair scope, unavailable parts, logistics beyond the covered territory or costs above the annual coverage — Haxter may issue a preferential authorization quote for that specific technical event. The member decides whether to proceed.

Premium limits and exclusions

Premium is a stronger protection membership, not an unlimited warranty, not a universal insurance policy and not automatic full-device replacement.

Data restoration is subject to technical viability, storage condition, corruption level, user authorization and the applicable membership limit.
Not manufacturer warranty replacement
Manufacturer warranty, Haxter device warranty and HaxterSociety Premium coverage are different layers of protection and may apply under different conditions.
