HaxterSociety Plus provides practical support, essential security response, limited repair coverage and system assistance for Haxter devices where protection must remain proportional to the value of the equipment.

Why Plus exists

Plus exists because a protection membership must make financial sense for the device. Entry-level computers should not be forced into a plan whose annual cost represents an excessive portion of the equipment value.

Removal of spyware, adware, viruses and other malicious software affecting the operation or integrity of the registered device.

Data

Data restoration

Recovery assistance for user data according to the restoration limits applicable to the device and membership terms.

System

Full system reset

Reinstallation and configuration of the operating system or software environment to restore a stable and usable state when technically applicable.

Coverage limits

Plus is not intended to operate as unlimited hardware coverage. It is an essential membership with defined limits, events and logistics.

Repair exceeds Plus?

Additional repair scope can still be authorized.

If a repair exceeds the limits of Plus, Haxter may issue an additional authorization quote for that specific event. The user may approve or decline before the additional work is performed.
